A Webinar Titled “The Victory of September 20 Is the Confirmation of Our Eternal Presence on These Lands” Held in Quba

Within the framework of the Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty 2025, a webinar entitled “The Victory of September 20 Is the Confirmation of Our Eternal Presence on These Lands” was held in Quba, organized by the Genocide Memorial Complex and the Nardaran Historical and Cultural Reserve.

At the event, Senior Lecturer of the Department of History at Baku Girls University and doctoral candidate Tural Valizade delivered a scientific presentation.

In his report, Tural Valizade emphasized that September 20 holds a special place in national history, noting that the local anti-terrorist operation was carried out as a result of the sacrifice of our heroic martyrs and the resolute policy of the Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Ilham Aliyev.

He highlighted that the victory of September 20 represents an important stage in strengthening national statehood traditions and should be regarded as a turning point on Azerbaijan’s path to sovereignty.

Nearly 30 employees from reserves operating under the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage participated in the webinar.
